What do you mean by “LED BRICK”??

LED Bricks or Solar Bricks are the solar power based lightning bricks commonly used for traffic and decorative use. These are the blocks made in different sizes which provided with a long life battery. This battery is charged with solar power. The sensors provided turns on the lights at night. This is a great device saving the cost of lighting the required area by the using day time solar power. These bricks are available in bright colors in Rectangular (200x200mm, 200x100mm, 100x100mm) and circular shapes (100mm dia.).

How does it work??

This Device is a very useful device. Waterproof, easy to install and can be over driven by vehicles. In old time technology, the rechargeable battery provided requires a replacement after 2-3 years and also withstand a narrow range of temperature. But by using new technology (super ultra-capacitor) used to store its charge, the battery replacement is increased to 10 years without any maintenance. While at the same time its working temperature limit is extended to -40°~75°C.  

During day time, the solar energy is converted into the electrical energy through its system and stored in the ultra-capacitor. At night the Light Emitting Diode of this device is turned on automatically. In mid day summer light battery is fully charged in 1 hour and in 6-8 hours in overcast conditions. Once full battery has 10-12 hours backup.
